The site you are looking for is owned by Star Rebates which is the company that promotes and sells the Monthly Gift Cards such as gas, grocery, retail, pharmacy, dining and pet certificates.
If you have an issue with your certificates please contact the retailer that gave them to you or go to the customer service website that is printed on your certificate.

New World Incentives now call the certificates “CashBack Certificates”. They are a different name, different look but work the same and they still run them through Star Rebates / Odenza.
Having said all this we used to be a distributor for New World Incentives that manages all the resellers of these certificates. We have not worked for them for a year but still own this domain name which is similar to theirs.
We constantly get phone calls and email complaints from people that have these certificates and are not getting the Visa cards. We’re sorry but you should be contacting Star Rebates, Odenza or New World Incentives with your questions or concerns. We have been through enough heartache and problems with redemption companies not delivering on their promises so we got out of the business.
